Quick update on the cabin. We’ve stained the new wood and have started painting the trim. This is slow work and I plan on finishing it in 2 hour bursts – in the morning before opening the shop, and in the evening after I close. It’s looking good.

The dog pen plan is moving along and I will post photos of what I have concocted when it is finished. Susan is very happy with my invention and I think my readers will be too; but I will wait until it is done before posting more about it.

As for the title of this post. The other client and attorney suing the evil S.O.B. who defrauded me got in touch with my attorney and we are all going to join forces. It turns out that the other party had proceeded a bit further down the arbitration route and discovered that the S.O.B.’s company is little more than a sham. This is what I had come to believe, but my lawyer was prepared to give my foe the benefit of the doubt – even after the second fellow joined in on our case. Now that there are three plaintiffs and additional evidence, my attorney has come around to my opinion: the whole this was an elaborate scheme for defrauding people.

So now we are three plaintiffs but with sufficient evidence of foul play that we are going to sue the S.O.B. directly. We’ll keep the arbitration going, though it is unlikely to amount to very much. Now we will also be seeking damages from the man himself.
