Busy with the new job -- in fact I just got back last night from the LA area after a week in the office -- and have had little time to work on projects.  Having said this, I hope to make some progress on a certain fence that I am putting in at the cabin over the weekend.  We'll see how much I can get done given some other pressing matters.

We've added some additional evidence to our case against the crook who defrauded us and has forced us into this limbo.  After declaring Chapter 7 liquidation in a bald-faced attempt to get out from under the various claims against him (including ours) he reopened essentially the same shop in the same place with the same website and same machinery and set out to cheat new people. This is obviously a no-no and strengthens our case that he's got a pattern of deceit going on. 

I noticed the other day that he'd left the sign for his old shop up at his new one.  After informing our attorney he asked us to get a photo.  Susan played private detective and took a photo of the sign with the day's newspaper prominently shown to prove that many weeks had passed and that he was carrying as described.
